On a beautiful spring-afternoon, we experienced a private guided tour of the US Botanic Garden. The United States Botanic Garden is a living plant museum with exhibits interpreting the role of plants in supporting earth's diverse and fragile ecosystems and in enriching human life. Other exhibits feature plants used in medicine, orchids, as well as rare and endangered species.
